The Role: Research Executive – Consumer Team

As a Research Executive, you'll play a supportive role in delivering customised, high-impact consumer research. This is a varied, fast-moving role spanning PR & comms, brand equity tracking, CX/NPS tracking, and ad hoc segmentation and U&A studies.
  • Contribute to end-to-end research projects from proposals to presentations.
  • Work with high profile brands in PR, financial services, tech, travel, and FMCG
  • Work with both quantitative (mostly) and qualitative methodologies.
  • Help design questionnaires and oversee data collection
  • Analyse survey data using industry leading stats packages
  • Deliver real-time insights -helping brands refine their brand strategy, CX, and campaign messaging.
  • Help chart data, write concise reports and impactful PowerPoint presentations
About You

We’re looking for a consumer researcher with c12months+ experience in a commercial setting.
You understand the end-to-end research process. You want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’re looking for an agency with scale, global clout, and very established training and development programs to really develop your research and consulting skills.
  • Relevant marketing/stats/research/business degree
  • c1-2 years demonstrated market research/consumer insights experience
  • A head for numbers and stats packages like Q or SPSS
  • An interest in doing some qualitative research too
  • An ability to create and deliver engaging and informative client reports
  • A love of learning and a positive energy to support people
