This role sits in a team dedicated to a big, important banking client. Acting as an extension of the client insights team, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to run a range of customised market research programs.

This role sits in a team dedicated to a big, important banking client. Acting as an extension of the client insights team, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to run a range of customised market research programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Influence: Build relationships with senior stakeholders to help shape and steer the company’s vision, leveraging your deep understanding of customer behavior.
- Run projects: Design and deliver quantitative research to meet business objectives. This includes research through a thriving online community. Projects span brand performance, communication strategy, product and service innovation, stakeholder and employee engagement.
- Quant focused. Some Qual. Whilst the majority of projects are quant, leveraging skills in survey design and quant analysis (Q skills please), there will also be the opportunity to flex qualitative skills.
- Turn Data into Stories: Distil complex data into clear, compelling insights that resonate and drive action across all levels of the business.
- Drive Strategic Impact: Influence key decisions on business strategy, planning, and investment by embedding customer insights to help effective decision making.

- C4/5 years experience working in strategic consumer insights
- Full- service, consulting, agency experience is essential
- Quant focus
- Strong track record of customized research design and delivery
- Financial services background would be nice but not essential as long as you have commercial acumen and business smarts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
